My Girls and I went to a trapeze class, and let me tell you, I was THRASHED! It was soooo much fun, and I don't think I have EVER been that sore after a physical activity (other than giving birth, of course)! Apparently I am a magnet for ropes as I got tangled in them three consecutive times, resulting in rope burns galore, bruises in my kneepits and this rad beauty on my calf:
