Tiernan's preschool held a field trip to Mukilteo Beach and let me tell you, it was miserable. It was beyond cold and windy, and because of that, T had absolutely no interest in going on the beach at all. We did hang out there for a little while to check out the little crabs, hermit crabs and sea stars, but we couldn't hear anything the Beach Watcher Volunteers were saying due to the wind. The only thing he enjoyed was playing on the playground before we bailed! Grady also goes to this school, so we carpooled with April and the G Boys which was nice! Hopefully next year we'll have better weather when it comes time for the beach field trip again.
