Princess Kealan's 5th Birthday Ball

Saturday held Princess Kealan's 5th Birthday Ball. Oh, what a grand time we had! Her friends (the girls mostly, and Gibson in his pink shirt) came in their formal finery and enjoyed lunch followed by a royal pinata, and of course, a pink castle cake and pink cupcakes with magic wands. Gardipee Hale was transformed into Gardipee Castle draped in tulle, lace, and pink ribbons. The princess was very excited, as this was the first party she was involved in planning, and the first to include friends from school. She immersed herself in her role completely, even going so far as to call her little brother "Pauper" many times!

Gift Opening was a team effort!
Gibson spent most of the party vacuuming my house. Is it considered child slave labor if I don't pay him?
Taking grand whacks at the pinata - even the little ones got in on it!

K Funny from the party: After receiving an Easy Bake Oven (a gift that I am SUPER excited about!) and getting a description from me as to what it was, K replied, "Oh, No! That sounds dangerous!"
