It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas - finally! Visiting Santa always helps in that department! Both Tiernan and Kealan were into it this year. It looks as though there was only 1 year (last) that T was unsure of the Big Man in Red. Now he can't get enough of him! After our visit was over, we had to hang out for a little bit so the kids could wave wildly at him and yell, "Hey, Santa! We'll see you soon!"

A recent random picture of fun, and another example of Kealan's budding fashion sense. She has declared that along with Mommy and Ballerina, she also aspires to be a fashion designer. I have no doubt!

Mom and Dad took Kealan to see Cornish's The Nutcracker (Seattle's Julliard) and it may have been the highlight of her winter. She adored it. It was her first real ballet, and we honestly didn't know if she would be engaged or bored. She was more than engaged, she was transfixed! Every day following, she insisted upon wearing her new tutu and dancing to the story, pleading with Tiernan to play the Rat King. She was even able to meet some of the dancers after the performance and give them a rose. She picked a pink rose to give to the "Pink Fairy" and when her opportunity came, she was speechless. That's how much in awe she was - my daughter is NEVER speechless! Thank you, O'ma and Pumbaa!

We also had an exciting week saying "goodbye" to Christine (the Civic) and "hello" to Minnie (the Odyssey). G had Christine for 13 years and she was a great car. It never gave him a minute of trouble once! But it was time to move on, and now we're rockin' a minivan!

The last picture - a few tears were shed!
