Most of you know that I was blessed to grow up in a tight-knit neighborhood my whole life, and everyone became our family. They all even gave me away at my wedding! My neighborhood Mom and Dad (as I call them), Chuck and Bonnie, hosted a BBQ on the fourth because it coincided with a visit from their son, Clint, his wife, Mai, and their kids, Cael and Hannah, from Huntington Beach. It was a rare occasion that most of the neighborhood kids were there with their kids as well! We had a great time, and it was rad (yes, still attempting to bring it back) to see everyone! Kealan had a blast playing with the kids in the awesome yard (mentioned in a previous post) and Tiernan decided that it was simply too crazy for him and morphed into Fragile Fred, crying at the slightest thing! Of course, the second we got in the car, he returned to our mellow fellow again!
