Yesterday we finally got G to the Spray Pad at the park for his first visit, and it was shut down until further notice! Apparently it's something to do with the Ph level and they're bringing in someone to fix it. Needless to say, there were some very disappointed kids running around on the playground in bathing suits, including my own (as well as G)! Our little world looked up when we heard the familiar tinkle of the ICE CREAM TRUCK! Can we all say BRILLIANT marketing? He pulls up with the biggest assortment of frozen goodness I have ever seen! This was a monumental purchase, as it was K's first experience with the Ice Cream Truck. Of course, I had to snap a picture to memorialize this moment! We chose a chunky frozen mango juice bar - delightful! Fun was still to be had despite the lack of H2O, though we're still looking forward to introducing G to the wet fun!
Tiernan wasn't terribly happy with the swings that day. He was more interested in hanging out in the stroller, munching on snacks!
