We enrolled
Tiernan in his first team sport - indoor soccer! The beauty of this program is that it is one day a week - 30 minute practice followed immediately by a 30 minute game. Now, T is always a little shy in new situations, but never have I seen him like this. He simply would not let go of my hand for the first half hour. After a while I was able to stand near him, but during the game it was as if he was nailed to the floor. Not. A. Move. His bud from school (and before) Gavin, is also on his team, so that helped a little.
Tiernan's absolute favorite toy is always a ball, so it isn't surprising that he's having a difficult time adjusting to the rule of "no hands".
