Kealan is receiving another form of therapy for her leg called Serial Cast Therapy. The therapist flexes her foot and straightens it out, then forms the cast around it. She wears it for a week and then they look at the results and assess whether to put a new one one immediately, flexing her foot even more. The idea is that it is a week of intense stretching, rather than just a few minutes a day. They think she'll only wear one for a week without a second, and move directly to her new brace that they made. The pictures are from my cell phone (explaining the size).
