Mr. Manding

Kealan is such a crack up! She does things daily that simply floor me. Yesterday she was being her usual "Bossy McBossles" (as we affectionately call her), and instead I called her "Miss Demanding". She did not like this new title at all, as she protested with, "I am not Mr. Manding!" Which brings to mind how terribly confused my children could end up. We have nicknames galore for the both of them, not to mention for each other! Kealan, Kea, Kealani is also:

Oh well, they'll figure it out! Yesterday was so beautiful, I tossed both of them in the car and headed to North Creek Park.



Today we went to Kealan's annual Pediatric Neurology appointment and she looks great. We are to continue with physical therapy and have an assessment by an orthopedic surgeon at Children's due to the more recent turning in of her left foot. The Doc said her tonage was good (how tight everything is - previously she has had increased tonage), though he did notice some growth atrophy, meaning the extremities on her right side are a little bigger and longer than on her left side due to her left-sided weakness from the right-sided stroke. He said this was very mild. All in all, not too bad!
